SEMA Show 2020: Go Behind-the-Scenes with Superlift

Here at Superlift, we’re already gearing up for this year’s SEMA Show. SEMA 2020 is expected to be the biggest yet, attracting truck and lift enthusiasts from all over the world. The big event is slated for November 3-6, 2020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada. The SEMA Show is a trade-only event, which means it’s not open to the general public. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get pumped about the new and exciting truck aftermarket parts coming your way in 2020.

Superlift has a long history of participating at SEMA over the years. We bring some of our biggest and most exciting custom builds to the event every year. And 2020 will be no different. Take a look at some of our best SEMA trucks over the years

As for 2020, we’re unveiling a slew of new products that are bound to turn heads on the convention floor. Read on to learn more about our 2020 lineup.

New Stylings

First off, we’re launching a new style cross-member design that goes above and beyond our previous models. The new style incorporates “windows” and the Superlift “S” laser cut into the cross-member for a classy finish we know our customers will love. We’re also moving to a new powder coat for most of our fabricated steel parts. The new coating features a durable mini-texture finish that is considerably more durable and scratch-resistant than the gloss black coating we’ve been using. All newly released kits will come with the new textured black finish. We will be transitioning all our current offerings to the new black textured finish over the next 12 months.

Upgraded Lift Kits

2020 SEMA also gives us a chance to unveil a series of new, superior lift kits, including those for the 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU, 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT, 2019 Chevy Silverado Trailboss and 2019 RAM 2500 HD, among others. Here are some of the kits and custom builds we’re most excited about:

  • 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU Black Diamond High Performance Off-Road Lift Kit

This heavy-duty kit comes with a 4-inch lift kit and a long arm for extended travel. It comes with dual-rate coil springs, a 4-link front, Black Diamond replacement long arm control arms with double adjuster and forged endings, replacement Black Diamond track bar, Black Diamond King triple-bypass with adjustable remote reservoir shocks and a King OEM replacement steering stabilizer. If you need to cruise through the wilderness for long stretches of time, this is the custom build for you.

  • 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT (Rugged Ridge)

The Jeep Gladiator has been one of the most popular pickups on the market since it debuted in the summer of 2019. We’re excited to include the JT lift kit into our selection of lift kits. This 4-inch kit comes with everything you need to roam through the wilderness with your new Jeep Gladiator. We’ve added Fox Performance Series IFP 2.0 shocks for better handling and more comfort behind the wheel. The kit also comes with extended sway bars, front lower and rear upper links and a replacement front track bar for more stability on and off the road.

  • Switching to the Shadow Shock Series

Superlift is also changing its standard shocks to a grey shock series called Shadow. The Shadow Shock Series is built for both on- and off-road handling. These durable shocks feature a gun metal grey finish, hardened chromed 9/16” Piston Rod for corrosion resistance and a huge 1-3/8” Bore for greater durability. You’ll be more comfortable behind the wheel and you’ll be able to take your vehicle further into the wilderness than you would with factory shocks.

  • 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD

We’re suiting up this GMC Sierra with our signature Black Diamond High Performance Off-Road Kit. It comes with a 6-inch lift, giving you clearance for up to 37-inch tires, non-torsion bar drop and a slate of exciting Black Diamond products, including a full belly pan, skid plate, kicker braces and lower cross-members. It also comes with King 2.5 Remote Reservoir Shocks for better handling. It’s one of the fiercest custom trucks we’ve ever built.

This year’s SEMA Show is sure to be eventful. We can’t wait to share these new builds and products with all of our customers. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the big date.
